The Imperial Towers are located in Tardeo, Mumbai, which is also known as the billionaire’s row of Mumbai. It offers luxurious residential 3/4 BHK flats with a starting price of Rs. 11 Cr.
The Imperial Tower 1 was holding the title of the tallest building in India during 2009 – 2019. It is the 455th tallest in the world and 273rd tallest skyscraper in Asia.

The Park 1 is among the highest residential buildings in India with a height of 268 Meters and 78 floors. Its construction began in 2013 and completed in 2020.

3. Supernova Spira – 300 Meters:

2. Namaste Tower – 310 Meters:
Namaste Tower is a supertall skyscraper currently on hold in Mumbai. This residential and commercial mixed skyscraper is expected to be 310 meters tall and will have 63 floors.
Construction of this building started in 2011 and was expected to complete in 2020 but is on hold for now.
The design of this supertall tower resembles the Indian greeting method ‘Namaste.’ It is designed by Atkins, Dubai. This tower will host 380 rooms for W Hotel and the remaining will be residential sky bungalows.

Three Sixty West Tower B is the tallest under-construction building in India having a height of 361.2 meters and 90 floors. The construction of this building started in 2011 and is expected to complete in 2022.
Three Sixty West project includes two towers namely Tower A and Tower B. Tower A will be of 255 m and 52 floors and will host a hotel. Tower B will be a residential tower offering premium luxurious 3/4/5 BHK flats.
The Three Sixty West Tower B will not only be the tallest building in India but also will be one of the tallest buildings in the world after its completion.
